No. Enter prices from your current game and measure or estimate the income after each upgrade. There are no verified price presets in this version. Example numbers only demonstrate the calculator.
The current setup uses (target Cash minus current Cash) divided by current income. For each upgrade, the planner first waits until its cost plus your reserve is affordable, deducts the cost, then earns the remaining target at the new rate.
It is the upgrade price divided by the increase in income, measured from the purchase. If income does not increase, there is no repayment from extra income. A short repayment time does not always mean the fastest route to a nearby Cash target.
They are estimates using a steady income rate. Purchases are treated as instant. Boost expiration, travel changes, random outcomes, extra purchases and changes to the game can alter the result.
